  • 1 ¾ lb white seabream
  • 3 ½ oz onion
  • 1 ¾ oz white wine
  • 1 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 oz capers
  • 1 lemon
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

Clean, scale, wash and dry the white sea bream, then put it in an oven dish and sprinkle over a little oil. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 425°F° for 10 minutes. Mix together the white wine, capers, the onion and parsley – both previously chopped – making sure the fish is well covered in all the ingredients. Then season with salt and pepper, put a few small slices of lemon on top. Cook in oven for 30/35 minutes more. Serve immediately.
