INGREDIENTI:

- 1 white seabream
- 3 oz black olives
- 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 cups parsley
- ½ cup dry white wine
- salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:
Grease lightly an oven pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, fry gently the chopped garlic, then add the parsley and olives. After gutting scaling and cleaning thoroughly the fish, wash it under running water, season it with salt and pepper both inside and outside. Arrange it in the oven pan and sprinkle the remaining oil and wine over it, as well as the remaining parsley. Roast it in pre-heated oven at 350°F° for 20 minutes, until the surface of the fish is golden. Serve the fish immediately in the same oven pan, with olives and its sauce sprinkled over.
