INGREDIENTI: per 0 persone
  • 3 ½ lb beef
  • 1 lb white onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 oz canned tomatoes
  • 1 sprig sage
  • 1 sprig parsley , chopped
  • salt and pepper
PREPARAZIONE:

In a pan put the onion, sage and oil: brown, then add the boiled meat finely sliced. Stir-fry and brown the meat as well, add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for a few minutes. Serve hot. This recipe was thought up to use meat leftovers of different kinds.
